Under the wave of AI, the optical chip leader is deep in the quagmire of losses.

From ChatGPT in early 2023 to Sora in early 2024, AI's popularity has been wave after wave. The surge in demand for AI computing power, in theory, will indirectly drive the significant growth of the optical module, especially the upstream high-rate optical chip market (the telecommunications market and data center are the two most important application markets downstream of optical communications).

Characteristics of microfluidic chip

More and more unit components are integrated, and the scale of integration is also larger, so that the microfluidic chip has a strong integration. At the same time, it can process a large number of samples in parallel, with the characteristics of high throughput, fast analysis speed, low consumption, less material consumption and less pollution. The amount of reagents required for analysis of samples is only a few microliters to dozens of microliters, and the volume of the analyzed substances is even upgraded in nano or pico.

How to Calculate the Inductance of a Buck Converter

The inductor design in the buck circuit is critical, and it is closely related to the system efficiency, output voltage ripple (∆VOUT) and loop stability. This article will use MPQ2314 as an example to illustrate how to calculate the inductance of the buck converter, as well as other key parameters, such as inductor temperature rise current, saturation current DC resistance, operating frequency and magnetic loss.
